What you will do:
- Lead and manage a dynamic team to deliver exceptional family help services.
- Ensure the implementation of child-focused care practices, in line with regional guidelines and standards.
- Provide guidance and support in complex cases, drawing from your extensive frontline experience.
- Collaborate with families, social workers and external agencies to devise effective care solutions.
- Develop and monitor individual care plans to meet children’s needs.
Requirements of the Assistant Team Manager:
- A degree or equivalent in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Proven managerial experience in roles such as Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager.
- Extensive frontline experience in Children's Services as an Assistant Team Manager, utilising your deep understanding of the field.
