What you will do:

  • Contribute to and support the delivery of social care within a secure environment.
  • Implement clinical social care packages tailored to individual needs.
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, ensuring to respect their dignity and privacy.
  • Deliver healthcare work under the supervision of a qualified nurse, while efficiently organising your own workload.
  • Apply your understanding of patients’ individual needs in accordance with carefully designed care plans.

Qualifications required:

  • NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care.
  • A non-judgmental and compassionate approach to delivering care.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
  • Good IT skills and IT literacy to manage records and documentation.
  • Ability to work in a busy environment and independently follow policies and procedures.
  • Experience in a hospital, community, or prison environment is beneficial.
