What you will do:
As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care to adolescents in our 12-bed CAMHS service. Your responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality nursing care to service users
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care
- Mentoring and supporting your team to promote positive teamwork
- Observing and recording changes in service users and maintaining accurate care records
Skills and knowledge you will have:
- A relevant nursing qualification
- NMC registration
- Strong team-working skills
- High self-motivation and flexibility
- A caring, compassionate attitude
- Commitment to high-quality care and evidence-based practice
