What you will do

• Provide high-quality and regular clinical supervision to practitioners in the Starting Well Service.

• Offer skills coaching and training to staff, supporting them in delivering specialist clinical assessments.

• Collaborate with operational teams to monitor and enhance the performance of Family Therapists.

• Advise on service and organisational developments to ensure high-quality and inclusive services.

• Conduct quality assurance and practice development activities, including audits, to monitor evidence-based interventions.

• Lead and support a team of Family Therapists, ensuring timely completion of assessments and outcome-focused support.

• Deliver guidance on clinical interventions using evidence-based approaches.

• Prepare comprehensive reports for management and broader audiences.

• Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion, aligning with council policy and iCARE values.

• Maintain professional registrations for yourself and your team and access necessary clinical supervision.
