What you will do:
- Provide high-quality clinical care to patients, ensuring safety, dignity, and confidentiality at all times
- Work collaboratively with the Ward nursing team to deliver effective patient care
- Utilize strong IT and communication skills to contribute to the smooth operation of the department
- Manage tasks efficiently under pressure, while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude
- Uphold the standards of the department by taking on additional roles and developing extended skills where applicable
What you will bring with you:
- Registered nursing qualification or equivalent, along with NMC registration
- Experience as a Staff Nurse or Senior Staff Nurse in a ward department
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in both team settings and when working independently
- Adaptability to meet evolving business needs
- Customer service skills and proficiency with computer systems
- Evidence of continued professional development
- Private healthcare experience is advantageous
