What you will do:

Provide high-quality clinical care to patients, ensuring safety, dignity, and confidentiality at all times
Work collaboratively with the Ward nursing team to deliver effective patient care
Utilize strong IT and communication skills to contribute to the smooth operation of the department
Manage tasks efficiently under pressure, while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude
Uphold the standards of the department by taking on additional roles and developing extended skills where applicable

What you will bring with you:

Registered nursing qualification or equivalent, along with NMC registration
Experience as a Staff Nurse or Senior Staff Nurse in a ward department
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in both team settings and when working independently
Adaptability to meet evolving business needs
Customer service skills and proficiency with computer systems
Evidence of continued professional development
Private healthcare experience is advantageous
