What you will do:

• Work closely with children, families, and partner agencies to identify and assess risks to vulnerable individuals

• Develop, implement, and review safeguarding plans to ensure the safety and welfare of service users

• Provide expert advice and guidance on safeguarding issues and policy implementation to colleagues and partner organisations

• Maintain detailed records and prepare reports for case conferences and legal proceedings

• Facilitate and participate in multi-agency meetings to ensure coordinated efforts in safeguarding children and adults at risk
