What You Will Do:
- Deliver effective case management within a defined area
- Provide specialist occupational health advice to managers and HR teams
- Liaise with third-party providers to ensure comprehensive employee support
- Signpost employees to relevant health and wellbeing services
- Conduct pre-placement fitness-for-work assessments
- Attend stakeholder meetings and case conferences as required
- Work in line with KPIs, SLAs, and service delivery standards
- Support workplace health promotion initiatives and wellbeing campaigns
- Assist Occupational Health Technicians with escalations and referrals
