What you will do:

• Serve as the first point of contact within the Integrated Front Door Team, assessing and responding to initial referrals and safeguarding concerns.

• Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to ensure that children and families receive the right services at the right time.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of risk and need, providing expert guidance to ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people.

• Make informed decisions regarding case management and interventions, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of all casework, safeguarding information, and communication.

• Mentor and support junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
