Job Title: Senior Social Worker - Child Protection

What you will do:
- Attend Child in Need planning meetings
- Implement Child in Need plans efficiently
- Review and monitor Child in Need care plans in accordance with legislation
- Identify resources and services to achieve planned outcomes within agreed timelines
- Recognise the developmental needs of children in need
- Ensure outcomes are achieved sufficiently through thorough assessments
- Maintain up-to-date case recordings
- Work closely with children and families under supervision orders
- Conduct and record 6-weekly visits consistently
- Carry out both announced and unannounced visits
- Ensure child protection and looked after children processes are implemented
- Seek legal advice as required regarding supervision or care orders

Requirements:
To apply, it is essential to have a degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work, current registration with Social Work England, and significant frontline experience within Social Services in the UK.
