What you will do

• Champion the needs of children aged 0 to 18 who are in care, developing and implementing their care plans

• Facilitate transitions into adulthood, ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive

• Collaborate on rehabilitation plans with families, aiming for successful home environments

• Maintain and apply an expert knowledge of the statutory duties related to Children in Care

• Participate actively in team meetings, bringing insights and support to fellow practitioners

• Keep meticulous records, ensuring compliance with legal standards whilst contributing to the Ofsted-rated OUTSTANDING services offered by our Local Authority
