What you will do

Champion the needs of children aged 0 to 18 who are in care, developing and implementing their care plans

Facilitate transitions into adulthood, ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive

Collaborate on rehabilitation plans with families, aiming for successful home environments

Maintain and apply an expert knowledge of the statutory duties related to Children in Care

Participate actively in team meetings, bringing insights and support to fellow practitioners

Keep meticulous records, ensuring compliance with legal standards whilst contributing to the Ofsted-rated OUTSTANDING services offered by our Local Authority
