Location: Hayes

Salary: Up to £70,000

Shift: Monday to Friday - 8-hour days, ideally starting between 6:00am and 7:00am

Job Role of the Senior Project Manager

An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a growing infrastructure business delivering construction and installation projects across London and the southern counties.

The Senior Project Manager will coordinate the day-to-day delivery of multiple projects, developing programmes, securing resources and monitoring progress against safety, quality and delivery targets. You will act as a senior point of contact for clients while working closely with contractors, suppliers and internal operational teams.

This is a fully site-based position in Hayes, with ad-hoc travel to client meetings and live project locations.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Senior Project Manager

• Qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
• Proven experience delivering construction or infrastructure projects

Requirements of the Senior Project Manager

• Senior project or contract management experience
• Construction or infrastructure project delivery
• Project planning, programmes and progress monitoring
• Contractor, subcontractor and supplier coordination
• Client and stakeholder management
• Construction and installation methods
• Health and safety, quality and risk management
• Project reporting and KPI management
• Resource planning and operational coordination

Desirable Requirements of the Senior Project Manager

• Highways, civils or streetworks
• NEC3 or NEC4 contracts
• SMSTS, NRSWA Supervisor or IOSH
• TfL or London highways projects
• Rail, airport, street furniture or public-realm infrastructure
• Main-contractor or subcontractor experience
