You can also choose to work four days a week from 8am to 6pm, 8am to 4pm, or 9am to 6pm. Part-time options are available too. What you will do:
- Serve as a technical authority and deliver expert assessments and appropriate management of risk.
- Drive practice improvement across the service through direct mentoring and process development initiatives.
- Engage in process mapping, procedure specification, and strategy development to enhance service delivery.
- Handle the most complex cases to maintain your credibility and expertise in the field.
- Align with Advanced Practitioner core job types such as Assistant Team Manager and Principal Social Worker roles.

Requirements:
- Hold a degree or equivalent in social work.
- Maintain current Social Work England registration.
- Have significant frontline experience in Social Services within the UK as a qualified Social Worker.
