Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services across varied community settings.
Manage a complex caseload, providing specialist assessment and intervention.
Lead and mentor a small team, promoting professional development and high practice standards.
Develop specialist knowledge in areas such as Moving & Handling, Adaptations, and Technology Enabled Living.
Act as Clinical Lead for the Community Equipment Store, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
Respond to referral enquiries, conduct audits, and represent Occupational Therapy in stakeholder meetings.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the service.

Requirements

HCPC registration (essential).
Valid UK driving licence (essential).
Experience managing complex cases within community or multidisciplinary settings.
Leadership or mentoring experience desirable.
