You will need to be a car driver and bring your vehicle over to Guernsey for this position.
Pay Rate: Enjoy a competitive rate of £23 per hour, with this role falling outside IR35 regulations.

What you will do

Work collaboratively with healthcare staff to deliver high-quality care tailored to the needs of residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Take on supervisory responsibilities with confidence, guiding less experienced caregivers and supporting their development.

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to build trust and rapport.

Accurately document and report on residents' health and progress, maintaining precise care records.

We currently require a Senior Carer to start ASAP with comprehensive support and an enriching work-life balance. Accommodation costs will need to be covered by the employee, ranging from £110 to £160 per week, depending on room facilities. Shared kitchen, lounge, and bathroom facilities are available, with some options offering en-suite accommodation.
