What you will do:

• Conduct and manage Education, Health and Care (EHC) needs assessments in line with statutory requirements.
• Coordinate review processes of EHC plans, ensuring timely completion and compliance with educational laws and policies.
• Work collaboratively with parents, educators, healthcare professionals, and local authorities to ensure effective communication and planning.
• Provide guidance and support to SEN children and their families during assessment and review phases.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation regarding student cases, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
• Offer strategic insight for improving evaluation standards and processes.
