Job Title: Sales Executive – B2B Conferences (German Speaking)

Salary: Up to £38K + Commission & Bonus
Location: London

We're working with a leading international events business to recruit a German-speaking Sales Executive to join their growing conference division. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to build a successful career within B2B events, selling delegate packages across a portfolio of market-leading technology conferences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, winning new business and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Fluency in both German and English is essential.

What You'll Do

Drive delegate sales across a portfolio of international technology conferences
Generate new business while managing and growing existing client accounts
Build relationships with senior decision-makers across the German-speaking market
Work closely with marketing and event teams to maximise event attendance
Manage your own pipeline, exceed sales targets and identify new commercial opportunities
Support the successful delivery and growth of award-winning events

What You'll Bring

Fluent German and English (spoken and written) – essential
Previous B2B sales experience, ideally within conferences, events, exhibitions or media
A proven track record of achieving sales targets
Confident communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organised, proactive and commercially driven
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-focused environment
