About the role
- You travel across multiple sites supporting kitchens
- You step in as Head Chef or Senior Sous where needed
- You help stabilise teams and standards
- You support openings, menu rollouts and training
- You cover holidays and absence across the group
The offer
- Salary £36,000 to £38,000
- Tronc around £7,000
- Mileage or travel support
- Exposure to many sites and teams
- Strong route into permanent Head Chef roles
