What you will do:
- Assist in the independent assessment, treatment, and discharge planning of patients within the community rehab team
- Use recognisable outcome measures and clinical reasoning to guide and develop effective treatment plans
- Confidently manage and organise your own caseload, ensuring each treatment plan is tailored to the patient's individual needs
- Support qualified therapists in delivering high-quality rehab services
- Participate in team meetings and contribute your insights to patient care strategies
Requirements:
- Recent experience working as a Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or Therapy Assistant
- NHS experience is advantageous but not essential, so bring your skill set and enthusiasm to the table
