What you will do:

• As a key player within the neurological care team, you'll assess and implement patient care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Deliver compassionate care to patients, ensuring comfort and quality in all interactions.
• Perform competent management of PEG feeding and maintenance of tracheostomies.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Undertake clinical assessments with precision and excellence, ensuring the highest standards of care.

Essential Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RGN/RN) status is a must.
• Demonstrable experience within neurological care is essential.
• Competence in PEG feeding and management, as well as caring for patients with tracheostomies.
• Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills are necessary.
• Adept at working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
