As a Nursing Home Manager your duties will include:

- Upholding CQC standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining consistent compliance
- Providing clear leadership to a small, dedicated team, encouraging learning and professional development
- Building effective relationships with residents and their families, creating a warm and supportive environment
- Managing budgets, staffing, and day-to-day operations to maintain the smooth running of the home
Skills and experience essential to the role of Nursing Home Manager:
- Current NMC registration with an active PIN
- Demonstrated leadership experience within a care home or similar clinical setting
- Strong communication and team-leadership abilities
- Sound clinical judgement and confidence in decision-making
- Experience in operational planning, budget oversight, and service quality improvement
