Regional Marketing Director
London (Hybrid 3 days office / 2 days remote)

We are seeking a commercially driven Regional Marketing Director to lead marketing activity across a dynamic global hotel portfolio. Reporting to into commercial, this role will drive integrated marketing, PR, and partnership strategies to maximise hotel performance and brand awareness across the multiple markets. This is a high impact role at an exciting stage of growth, ideal for a strategic marketer who thrives in a collaborative, fast paced environment.
The role:
- Lead the development and execution of regional marketing strategies, delivering integrated campaigns and revenue driving promotions aligned with commercial objectives
- Oversee PR and social media activity, including media relations, agency management, influencer partnerships, and F&B content strategy
- Manage all brand and content output across channels, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, collaborating with internal teams and hotel leadership to deliver impactful on property activations
- Take ownership of marketing operations, including budget management, performance reporting, and line management of a Regional Marketing Executive
Experience:
- 5+ years in marketing, PR, social media, or partnerships
- Background in hospitality and travel is essential
- Proven ability to align marketing strategies with commercial outcomes
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple markets and priorities
- Comfortable working cross functionally in a global environment
- Understanding of hotel operations
