What you will do:

Manage a caseload of service users with drug and/or alcohol dependency, delivering structured recovery interventions tailored to individual needs.

Complete comprehensive assessments, risk assessments, and recovery planning, ensuring that all support provided is both effective and personalised.

Provide harm reduction advice and psychosocial interventions, encouraging engagement and fostering positive outcomes for all users.

Collaborate seamlessly with a multi-disciplinary team, including nurses, prescribers, and external agencies, to deliver comprehensive care.

Ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures and maintain a robust understanding of substance misuse recovery frameworks.
Person Specification:

Possess a relevant qualification in Health & Social Care, Psychology, or an equivalent field which is desirable but not mandatory.

Demonstrate evidence of continued professional development.

Show a strong understanding of substance misuse frameworks, harm reduction, recovery models, and safeguarding procedures for vulnerable individuals.

Enhanced DBS clearance is required, reflecting a commitment to maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
