Quality & Compliance Administrator

£12.79 per hour | 4 on 4 off – 6am to 6pm

Warehouse-Based | Temp–Ongoing | Immediate Start

We’re recruiting on behalf of our client, a well‑established logistics operation, for a Quality & Compliance Administrator to join their warehouse team on a temp‑ongoing basis with immediate starts available.

This is a hands‑on, site‑based role ideal for someone who is detail‑driven, organised, and confident supporting quality, compliance, and stock accuracy in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

The Role

You’ll play a key part in maintaining high standards across the warehouse by supporting quality assurance, compliance, and inventory control activities, including:

• Carrying out routine warehouse checks and compliance audits
• Supporting inbound quality inspections and quality control processes
• Reporting damages, discrepancies, and non‑compliance issues
• Completing PI (perpetual inventory) checks and stock accuracy tasks
• Supporting stock movement documentation and exception handling
• Ensuring packaging, handling, and storage standards are consistently followed
• Providing administrative support to the Quality and Inventory teams

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a warehouse, stock control, quality, or compliance role
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Understanding of warehouse processes (put‑away, picking, loading, exceptions)
• Confident communicator with the ability to escalate issues when required
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, operational environment
• Desirable: Microsoft 365 and/or WMS experience

Shift & Pay

• Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off
• Hours: 6am – 6pm
• Pay Rate: £12.79 per hour
• Contract: Temp–ongoing
• Start: Immediate
