Job Title: Locum Psychologist

If you're a professional with experience in psychiatry and treating personality disorders, this role is a perfect fit. Collaborate with a full multidisciplinary team including a Consultant Psychiatrist, Occupational Therapists, Ward Manager, and Nursing Team. Our caseloads are manageable, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional care to 8-10 clients at any given time.

What you will do:
- Assess and treat individuals with complex psychological needs, particularly focusing on personality disorders.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated mental health support.
- Develop personalised treatment plans and monitor progress, adjusting as necessary to enhance outcomes.
- Offer counselling and therapy sessions, utilising evidence-based practices.
- Maintain detailed records and reports in line with best practice standards.
Requirements of the Psychologist:
- Accredited membership with the BACP at Registered Member MBACP (Accred) or Registered Member MBACP (Snr Accred) level.
- HCPC registration as a Psychologist.
- Recent experience working as a psychologist in the UK is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in CAMHS, clinical, counselling, or forensic contexts.
- Proven track record of working with personality disorders in particular.
