Project Integration Officer in Helensburgh, Dunbartonshire

Our Client has a requirement for a Project Integration Officer, who will be required to work on a contract basis in Helensburgh (On-site 2–4 days per week).
Role Purpose:
- Act as the vital link between project delivery workstreams and end-user stakeholders to ensure seamless operational readiness.
- Improve the likelihood of successful transitions by analyzing impacts and planning systematic interactions.
- Ensure the Programme and Site remain aligned through rigorous identification, analysis, and engagement strategies.
- Support the integration of new capabilities into existing facilities, processes, and governance frameworks within a complex infrastructure environment.
Job Role Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed analysis using standardized tools, mapping influence against project needs and advising on optimal communication channels.
- Create engagement plans with appropriate lead times, coordinating with the Schedule Lead to integrate these into the master programme plan.
- Serve as the primary Point of Contact between Project Managers and stakeholder leads to ensure regulatory and compliance milestones are met.
- Facilitate the capture of User Requirements (URs) and manage the flow of information between end-users and Requirements Managers.
- Proactively capture and mitigate risks in line with agreed processes and provide status updates for senior management reporting.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and progress throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience / Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:
- 3–5 years in Stakeholder Management, Change Management, or Project Management (PM/APM) roles, specifically within infrastructure.
- Sole UK National Citizen with active or eligible SC Clearance (Essential).
- Sound knowledge of Business Change, Governance, and Risk/Issue Management.
- Skilled at translating complex data into "big-picture" briefs for senior executives.
- Proficient in MS 365 and collaborative digital environments.
- APM PMQ, MSP (Foundation/Practitioner), or M_o_R (Foundation/Practitioner).
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills with the agility to react to changes in a live operational environment.
