What you will do:

Deliver comprehensive mental health assessments, robust care planning, and targeted interventions.

Manage a caseload of patients with complex mental health needs, offering specialised care and attention.

Provide swift crisis intervention and adeptly respond to acute mental health presentations.

Ensure safe and effective medication administration aligned with prescriptions and clinical policies.

Collaborate closely with GPs, psychiatrists, prison staff, and a wider multidisciplinary team.

Maintain thorough, timely, and compliant clinical records.
Person specification:
Qualifications:

Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
Registration & Compliance:

Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).

Must possess valid prison clearance.

Enhanced DBS and Right to Work in the UK are essential.
