What you will do:

- Lead a small sub-team, focusing on staff development and supervision to ensure the team reaches its full potential.
- Manage high-risk strategy meetings in rotation with fellow sub-team leaders, ensuring comprehensive risk evaluations.
- Assist the Team Manager with referral “Ragging,” allocations, and authorising social worker assessments, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Collaborate closely with MASH Partner Agencies to enhance professional and meaningful relationships.
- Participate actively in service development and Task Force Groups, driving continuous improvement.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, confidently making decisions and managing risks to safeguard children and young people effectively.
- Provide on-site support as required by working on a rota basis to assist the Team Manager.
