Pickers And Packers in St Neots, East Of England

KPI Recruiting are currently looking for Production Line Pickers & Packers for our client based in St Neots.

As a Production Line Picker & Packer, you will be working as part of a busy Production Line Team, helping to ensure customer orders are picked, packed and prepared accurately and efficiently.

Working Hours & Shifts

• Monday – Friday
• 06:00 until 14:00 Week 1, 14:00 until 22:00 Week 2
• Inductions: 1 hour paid
• Weekly start dates with ongoing Mon to Fri work
• Fixed-term contract

Duties & Responsibilities

• Picking products accurately on a production line, end of production line or warehouse
• Packing customer orders ready for dispatch
• Checking products and orders for accuracy and quality
• Labelling and preparing parcels for delivery
• Ensuring the area / site is kept clean, tidy and organised
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Working towards productivity and accuracy targets
• Assisting with general duties including hygiene as required

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous production line, picking or packing experience is preferred but not essential
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work well individually and as part of a team
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a busy production line environment
• Good timekeeping and a positive attitude
• Able to follow instructions and work to set targets
