Locum Physiotherapist in Reablement - Full-time Position in Bexley

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Physiotherapist to join our team within Reablement in Bexley for a 3-month contract. Earn up to £27.13 per hour working on a full-time basis. What you will do:
- Deliver community-based, goal-focused rehabilitation services within a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) setting.
- Work collaboratively with the Local Authority to help reduce patients' need for long-term care.
- Carry out comprehensive assessments and develop personalised treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Engage in discharge planning, ensuring a smooth transition for patients back to their regular environments.

Requirements:
- Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Physiotherapy.
- Have recent UK experience in specialised physiotherapy.
- Be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a physiotherapist in the UK.
- NHS experience is advantageous but not essential.
