What you will do:

• Conduct home assessments and reviews for children requiring occupational therapy services.
• Evaluate and recommend specialist seating and other home equipment to support the needs of young clients.
• Assess the need for and make recommendations concerning major adaptations to improve home accessibility and functionality.
• Work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement personalised intervention strategies.
• Ensure all practices are in line with professional standards and maintain the highest quality of care.

Requirements:

• Must be a registered practitioner with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• A valid driver's licence is required for this role to conduct home visits efficiently.
• Proven experience in assessing home adaptations and specialist equipment is essential.
