The Operations Director

They are seeking a senior, entrepreneurial leader from the restaurant operational sector, luxury restaurants, someone with experience in restaurant businesses or high-growth hospitality/tech brands expanding operations into Europe. The Director will lead European operations, build and develop teams, scale the business, and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate property leaders and associates to deliver exceptional service and operational consistency.
Recruit, train, and develop teams across Europe, setting high performance standards.
Drive commercial results, manage budgets, and oversee P&L performance.
Scale operations in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, engaging multiple stakeholders.
Act as a brand ambassador, promoting growth and operational excellence in new markets.
Requirements
5+ years in hospitality, lifestyle, or service leadership, ideally with European expansion experience.
