What you will do:
- Conduct assessments and develop personalised intervention plans for children and young people with special educational needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and other educational staff to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of students and adjust interventions as necessary to meet their evolving needs.
- Provide training and support to staff and families to enhance the support network for our students.
- Keep detailed records of interventions and progress, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
