What you will do:

Work in line with agreed thresholds in North Lincolnshire to ensure individuals receive the right support at the right time.

Promote the Independent Living Service while supporting staff development and training initiatives.

Stay informed on evidence-based practice and innovations in therapy services, implementing improvements across the service.

Provide professional leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members and stakeholders.

Monitor and enhance competencies of prescribers to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

Support budget management by identifying risks, tracking progress, and reporting in line with procedures.

Collaborate with partners within the Disabled Facilities Grant process to ensure effective outcomes.

Offer expert advice on moving and handling practices.

Design and deliver training sessions tailored to a variety of audiences.
Requirements:

HCPC registration is essential.

A valid driving licence is required for travel within the area.
