Occupational Therapist Locum Position in Adults Community Team - Leicester UK earning up to £45 per hour on an Ongoing basis

What you will do:
- Plan, allocate, and review workloads of Occupational Therapy staff according to set practice and procedure to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Manage a caseload by carrying out thorough assessments, making well-informed recommendations, and commissioning additional services where necessary.
- Co-work, monitor and evaluate cases with complex needs, ensuring a holistic approach and positive outcomes.
- Utilise a range of HR tools to achieve effective people and performance management, fostering a productive and motivated team.
- Manage performance by undertaking Quality Conversations, being honest and constructively challenging, to nurture a culture of continuous improvement.
- Encourage and enable the team to reflect and act on evaluation and feedback through coaching and mentoring, ensuring a high standard of service is maintained.
Requirements:
- Must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council HCPC.
- Possession of a valid driver's licence and willingness to drive or utilise public transport for community visits is essential.
