We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist within the Acute Discharge Planning Team at Glangwili Hospital in Carmarthen, UK. This position offers an hourly pay of 28 pounds with a charge of 32 pounds, available ASAP until the end of April 2026. As part of this engaging role, you will support early intervention and manage complex discharges for highly vulnerable patients from the acute site. The role is full-time, consisting of 37.5 hours per week from 8am to 4pm.

- Document and maintain records accurately to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and best practices.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss and optimise discharge strategies and processes.
