What you will do:
- Assess, plan, and implement tailored therapy programs for patients in an acute medical setting.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Document and maintain detailed patient records, providing clear reports to physicians and other team members.
- Educate patients and families about at-home exercises and ongoing care requirements.
- Continuously monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you must hold a degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy and be currently registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Recent UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist, particularly within the NHS, is essential.
