We are seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Health Technician to join our dynamic team in Govan on a part-time basis, working 22.5 hours per week across three days. What you will do:

Carry out health surveillance and screening activities including audiometry, spirometry, and vision testing

Support pre-employment health assessments and manage medical questionnaires

Assist with fitness for work assessments and participate in health promotion activities

Maintain and calibrate screening equipment for accurate operational use

Record and manage precise health data and documentation diligently

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards alongside infection control protocols
Person specification:
Qualifications and skills you need:
You should have a qualification in Health, Science, or Occupational Health, or possess equivalent experience. Knowledge of health surveillance, workplace health standards, and understanding of confidentiality and data protection are essential. You must have good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and have a professional and confidential approach. Experience in healthcare, occupational health, or screening roles is desirable, as is experience conducting health surveillance tests or working in a clinical setting.
