What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for minor illnesses and injuries and provide the necessary interventions.
- Help businesses maintain a healthy workforce by implementing occupational health programs and initiatives.
- Offer professional advice and support in line with occupational health and employment legislation.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
- Maintain accurate records and reports ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation.
Requirements for the role:
- We highly value candidates with a strong background in A&E or intensive care, as this experience is highly desirable.
- A robust understanding of occupational health and employment legislation is essential for this role.
- You should possess proficient clinical skills, especially in conducting assessments for minor illnesses and injuries.
- Candidates must have current NMC Registration (Part 1) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Occupational Health. Diploma holders will also be considered.
