What you will do:
Conduct comprehensive functional assessments for patients within inpatient medical settings, including medical, endocrine, respiratory, and renal specialities.

Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to support recovery and promote independence.

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.

Monitor and review patient progress, adapting interventions to meet changing needs.

Provide education and guidance to patients and families on therapeutic strategies and ongoing wellbeing.
