What you will do:

• Risk Assessments: Undertake both simple and complex risk assessments relating to bed lever and bed rail safety.

• Systems Checks: Conduct thorough systems checks in line with MHRA alerts.

• Community Visits: Carry out face-to-face assessments within community and social care environments.

• Therapeutic Interventions: Deliver expert occupational therapy interventions to promote safety and independence.

• Multi-Disciplinary Working: Work collaboratively with MDT colleagues to ensure high-quality care delivery.

• Travel Requirements: Travel to service users’ homes and locations — car driver essential.
