What you will do:
- Deliver a comprehensive assessment and diagnostic service to children in Special Schools, helping to identify their speech and language needs.
- Develop tailored, evidence-based interventions to support young people with diverse communication difficulties.
- Provide highly specialised second opinions to other professionals, acting as a valuable resource and mentor within your team.
- Implement and deliver established care pathways for areas like dysphagia, ensuring consistent and effective treatment.
- Work closely with senior managers, contributing to the strategic direction and clinical excellence of the SLT service.
To qualify for this role, you will need a degree in Speech and Language Therapy, HCPC registration, and recent UK/NHS experience in this field.
