What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients with various nutritional needs, including oral nutrition support, enteral feeding, and weight management.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate tailored dietary plans to meet individual health requirements effectively.
- Provide expert advice and support to clients, families, and carers, ensuring a high standard of dietetic care.
- Work autonomously to manage your caseload while also engaging in collaborative multi-disciplinary teamwork.
- Maintain clear and timely records using the EMIS patient record system to ensure efficient continuity of care.
- Adhere to safeguarding and incident reporting systems to uphold client safety and service quality.

Essential qualifications and experience:
- Relevant degree or post-graduate diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Proven experience in community settings, covering areas such as gastrointestinal conditions and FODMAP, is desirable but not essential.
- Proficiency in applying advanced dietetic skills across various clinical conditions.
