What you will do:
- Deliver high-quality mental health care and assessments within the community.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and carers to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Engage in crisis intervention and support for patients experiencing acute mental health challenges.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and care activities.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to the development of the service.
Requirements of the Community Psychiatric Nurse:
- Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing is required.
- Experience working as a Mental Health Nurse is essential.
- NMC Registration is mandatory for this role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver effective patient care and work well within a team.
