Location: Llanelli, SA14 9SF
Pay: £12.71 per hour- approximately £23,132 per annum
Hours: Approximately 35 hours per week, with early starts and early finishes
Contract: Permanent

Ddol Fach Dairy (Little Meadow Dairy) is a well-established family business that has been delivering fresh milk and dairy products since 1935.

We supply supermarkets, petrol stations, hotels, restaurants, cafés, schools and care establishments throughout South Wales.

We are now looking for a dependable and customer-focused Multi-Drop Delivery Driver to take responsibility for an established wholesale route covering Llanelli, Swansea, Neath and Port Talbot.

This is a practical, active role that would suit an experienced van driver who enjoys early starts, working independently and building positive relationships with regular customers.

What you’ll be doing

Your responsibilities will include:

• Loading your delivery van with the correct stock before departure
• Delivering milk and dairy products safely and on time
• Completing an established multi-drop delivery route
• Rotating stock and replenishing shelves at customer locations
• Carrying out basic stock checks and counts
• Checking deliveries for accuracy
• Returning the vehicle to the dairy at the end of the route
• Keeping the van and working areas clean and organised
• Providing friendly, professional service to customers
• Reporting any delivery, stock or vehicle issues promptly

What we’re looking for

To be considered, you will need:

• A full, valid UK driving licence
• At least six months’ relevant van delivery or multi-drop driving experience
• The ability to travel reliably to Ddol Fach Farm for early morning starts
• Confidence driving a van and completing deliveries to a schedule
• The physical ability to load, unload and move crates of milk and dairy products
• Good spoken and written English
• Good numeracy and attention to detail
• A reliable, organised and punctual approach
• A professional and courteous manner with customers
• The ability to work independently while supporting the wider team
• The right to work in the UK

The ability to speak Welsh and basic vehicle maintenance knowledge would be helpful, but neither is essential.
