We are looking for friendly and professional Lounge Hosts to join a high-quality hospitality environment.

As a Lounge Host, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for guests, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the lounge operates smoothly.

Key responsibilities:

• Welcoming and assisting guests

• Providing friendly and professional customer service

• Responding to guest requests and queries

• Maintaining excellent presentation standards

• Supporting with food and beverage service where required

• Keeping the lounge clean, tidy and well presented

• Working closely with the wider hospitality team

What we’re looking for:

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is beneficial

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly and professional manner

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to remain calm and organised during busy periods

• A genuine focus on delivering excellent guest experiences
