Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

I'm working with a fast-paced, expanding producer looking to recruit a Junior Maintenance Engineers to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career in engineering. You'll work alongside experienced engineers, supporting the mechanical and electrical maintenance of production equipment. Your responsibilities will include assisting with fault finding, responding to breakdowns, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and helping to keep machinery running safely and efficiently.

You'll also can get involved in continuous improvement projects, equipment upgrades, and new machinery installations, gaining valuable hands-on experience while developing your technical skills. Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Maintenance Engineer

• Either Mechanical or Electrical Background
• Min level 2 in engineering
• Manufacturing/ Factory Background

Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer

• Strong either mechanical or electrical skills
• Fault-Finding experience
• Supported with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance.

Desirable Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer

• Positive attuite
• Proactive mindset
• Experience working within a production environment
