We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Account Manager to join our growing team in Crewe. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced Account Managers, gain hands-on experience with a diverse client portfolio, and build a rewarding long-term career.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting Account Managers with the day-to-day management of client accounts.
• Preparing client reports, presentations, and business insights using company data.
• Coordinating client projects to ensure deadlines are met and work is delivered to a high standard.
• Maintaining accurate client records and updating the CRM system.
• Acting as a first point of contact for customer enquiries, resolving issues where possible and escalating when needed.
• Building strong, professional relationships with clients through responsive and proactive communication.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Assisting with internal projects, meetings, and wider business initiatives.
• Continuously developing your account management knowledge and commercial skills.

• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail.
• The ability to analyse information and present it clearly and professionally.
• Confidence using AI tools and modern technology to improve productivity and support daily tasks.
• Previous customer service, administration, sales support, or account management experience is beneficial but not essential.
