KEY DUTIES -

As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

* Troubleshoot Windows Operating Systems - training provided
* Supporting client specific application like Act!, Quickbooks with assistance with software helpdesk
* Troubleshooting and investigating IT issues at client offices
