Job Details:
- Pay: £12.71 per hour
- Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm OR 2pm - 10pm
- Duration: Temp (3 months) , permanent contracts tehn available
- Benefits: Ongoing free training, pension, permanent positions possibly available after qualifying period, paid breaks
Job Role: The Hygiene Operative will be responsible for cleaning all areas within a busy food manufacturing environment, ensuring high standards of hygiene are maintained at all times. Duties include deep cleaning in high-risk areas, operating a MEWP (full training provided), and using industrial cleaning equipment such as scrubber dryers, industrial vacuums, and sweepers. The Hygiene Operative will play a key role in maintaining food safety standards and supporting production operations.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
- Previous industrial cleaning experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment
- Good understanding of hygiene standards
- Willingness to undertake training including MEWP operation
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
- Previous experience using industrial cleaning equipment
- Food Hygiene Certificate
