About the Role:

As a Humanities Graduate Unqualified Teacher, you will take on real teaching responsibility across KS3 and KS4, delivering engaging lessons and supporting students of varying abilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver lessons across History, Geography and/or Religious Studies
• Support students in building critical thinking, analysis, and written skills
• Assess progress and provide feedback to drive improvement
• Maintain a focused, respectful, and engaging classroom environment
• Work closely with experienced teachers to refine your teaching practice

What We’re Looking For:

• A 2:1 or First-Class degree in a Humanities subject (History, Geography, Politics, etc.)
• A strong academic background and passion for education
• Confident communicator with the ability to lead and engage a class
• A long-term goal of becoming a qualified teacher (2027 training pathway)
• Resilience, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn
